One bedroom upstairs has a king, large master bath, and ocean view. 2nd B/R upstairs has a queen, full bath, anteroom with a desk and crib. One B/R downstairs has a queen, another has three single beds. Third, large bathroom downstairs, along with a den with TV, DVD, a second refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, and stovetop.
Location
Just off West Cliff Drive, on the quiet West side of Santa Cruz. Look over one rooftop, enjoy big breaking waves and surfers from on high. Great bakery and restaurant with outdoor tables (Kelly’s) up the street, plus a winery. Great Italian (Ristorante Avanti) and the best Chinese restaurant in town (O’Mei) one mile away.

Go to the Boardwalk with its historical-landmark Carousel and ferris wheel, mere inches from the sand. Walk-on pier with walk-away seafood cocktails, restaurants, barking seals below in the water. World-famous surfing. 40 minutes to Monterey, its famous Aquarium, and Cannery Row. A little further South to Carmel and Big Sur. Take the 1.5-hour drive North to San Francisco along the ocean, one of the most beautiful drives in America.
